Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Sr. Integrations Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and APIs. You will collaborate with HRIS, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data flow.

The role emphasizes security, performance optimization, and process automation across HCM, payroll, finance, and related functions. Agile environment and multi-project leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of Workday experience.
• 6+ years in IT, HRIS or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and testing of Workday integration codebase (Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, API, RaaS).
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and 3rd party teams to translate requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Ensure integrations meet security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance and automate processes.
