Job summary

TDECU is seeking a Sr. Integrations Developer to join the HRIS team in Texas. You will design and implement Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and APIs, ensuring secure, scalable data flows and strong collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance.

You’ll lead testing, optimize performance, and drive automation initiatives while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related area or 6+ years of experience using Workday or related systems.
• 6+ years of work experience in IT, HRIS, or related fields.
• Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end integrations across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, API, RaaS, DT, and supporting 3rd party coding.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and 3rd party vendor teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Analyze, debug and resolve Workday Integration production issues and improve performance and security.
