Position Purpose:Seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday Integration Developer for Global Industrial. As a member of the team, the associate will be part of a fast-paced environment that is responsible for developing and supporting integration solutions for Workday.The Sr Engineer – Workday Integration will be responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle. The applicant should have experience developing and supporting HCM integrations using the various Workday integration technologies. To be successful in this role, they must have a deep knowledge of Workday's integration technologies, Workday's Implementation methodology, and work closely with internal and external resources. They will combine these skills to deliver and support successful integration deployments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday StudioSupport existing integrationsAbility to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutionDemonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)Provide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycleDevelop test cases and peer review code of other developersProvide production support and respond to issues and incidents on a timely mannerEnsure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies as determined by the HRIS teamOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation, experience, and/or technical skill requirements.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience with Workday HCM integrations (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)2+ years of experience with Workday integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio2+ years of experience creating Workday custom reports and calculated fields2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendorsGood understanding of Workday securityPrism Analytics experience is preferredExperience with document transformation, XSLT, XPATH etc.Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external resourcesLeadershipEmbodies the following values: serve, perform, influence, respect, innovate, team.Effectively communicates by motivating and inspiring others through clear and proactive communication.Delivers results and drives customer success by committing and focusing on outcomes to deliver results and making the customer the center of decisions.Makes balanced decisions and thinks strategically by being a forward thinker.Physical Demands / Working EnvironmentPrincipal duties of this job are performed primarily in an office environment, with occasional field duties.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to stand and walk short distances between work sites.Must be able to work in a corporate office setting.Work Location: Atlanta, Georgia OR Birmingham, AlabamaNot the right fit?
