Job description

Business Initiative/Purpose:

To remediate the Risk Findings.

Bachelor Degree:

Masters.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Develop new integrations and modify existing ones using Workday tools like EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
2. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
3. Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Stay updated on new Workday features, technologies, and best practices.
5. Thoroughly test integrations to ensure functionality and data integrity, and deploy them into production environments.
6. Troubleshoot integration errors, support existing integrations, and identify areas for improvement.
7. Ensure integrations are secure and data is protected.
8. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the Workday platform.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Integrations and technology delivery.
• Proficiency in Workday tools and technologies, including Workday Studio, EIB, DT, APIs, Report Writer, and Calculated Fields.
• Strong programming skills in XSLT, XML, and experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Extensive Workday Studio experience (minimum 5+ years).
• Experience with Benefits integrations is preferred but not required.
• Workday Prism or Extend experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment; Rally tool experience is preferred.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:

• Experience with Rally Agile tool.
• Experience in ServiceNow.
• BIRT Reporting.
