Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PolicyCenter Integration Developer with a strong background in the insurance industry—preferably in (P&C). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications and various internal and external systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure data exchange solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build integration solutions for Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) using industry best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOAP and RESTful APIs to support seamless system communication.
• Extend and customize Guidewire applications using the Gosu programming language.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and domain experts to understand and translate insurance-specific integration requirements.
• Work on Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter as part of enterprise data initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance existing integration solutions; identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and support system integration testing efforts.
• Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security compliance.
• Document integration designs, workflows, and technical specifications for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• Proven experience in the insurance domain, especially Property & Casualty (P&C), is mandatory.
• Expertise in Guidewire integration methods including Messaging, Plugins, Web Services, Batch Processing, and Event Messaging.
• Proficient in Gosu and familiar with integration technologies and design patterns.
• Strong command of XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and other data formats.
• Working knowledge of middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Apache Camel is a plus.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile software development practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
