Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst IV to design, build, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Time Tracking. The role requires travel on-site to the Sacramento/Central Valley location and is a eleven-month contract to start.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of integration experience and hands-on Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services expertise.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in integration analysis, design, and development.
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, CSV, and JSON.
Experience supporting inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Time Tracking modules.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM, HR processes, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, documenting current and future technical specifications, developing and optimizing custom reports, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting testing, change management, training, and end-user resolution.
Independently explain technical decisions, identify and elevate risks, recommend alternative approaches when needed, and to manage multiple integrations and project efforts concurrently.
