The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years with Workday Payroll, plus strong analytics, communication and problem-solving skills. Duties include optimization, reporting, and automation of payroll workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRIS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years supporting Workday Payroll.
• Deep Workday Payroll expertise: processes, security, configuration, troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting US and UK payroll operations.
• Experience configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, taxation, accruals, and leave management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Workday Payroll and support global payroll operations.
• Design, configure, enhance, test, and optimize Workday Payroll.
• Configure Time Tracking and Absence, including eligibility rules and accruals.
• Automate integrations and data inputs from benefits, equity, and other payroll sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and audits supporting Payroll, HR, Finance and Compliance.
