Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Sr. HR Systems Analyst to lead Workday Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Leaves configurations from design through deployment. You will partner with HR and Total Rewards to implement scalable integrations and data‑driven improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years HR tech experience, proven Workday configuration skills, and strong Excel and project‑management capabilities. Hybrid work, relocation support may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• At least five years HR technology experience, with analyst role exposure.
• Workday configuration experience and complex eligibility/validation rules.
• One Workday Pro Certification (HCM, Reporting, Advanced Reporting) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and project management fundamentals.
• Consultative with knowledge of core HCM data management and EIB loads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday functional and technical SME for Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Leaves.
• Translate requirements into scalable Workday configurations and integrations.
• Lead configuration and enhancement projects from requirements to post-production support.
• Manage partnerships with Workday/3rd party consultants and internal IT teams.
