Job summary
TECHEAD is seeking a Senior Human Resources Workday Reporting Analyst for a contract engagement in Newport News, VA. The role focuses on Workday reporting, analytics, dashboards, and reporting consolidation to enable data-driven HR decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, build Advanced/Matrix/Composite reports, dashboards and worksheets, and ensure governance and security across HR data. Remote work is available for this contract.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience.
- Expertise with Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.
- Experience building Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security and data access models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize Advanced/Matrix/Composite/Trending/Custom Reports.
- Design Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
- Create insightful visualizations and scorecards.
- Support migration of legacy reports to modern analytics.
