Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant for HCM and security. You will engage with customers to understand requirements, deliver Workday configuration solutions, and drive adoption of HR technology. Join a team dedicated to customer success and continuous improvement.

As part of the Success Plans Delivery Team, you will work on post go-live support, health checks, and feature deployments while collaborating with Engagement Managers. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management product area (HCM & HCM - Security Required).
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
