Workday, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant (HCM and Security) to guide post-go-liveSuccess for customers.

You will work closely with Engagement Managers, deliver configuration guidance, and enable customers to maximize the value of Workday deployments across multiple client environments. This role emphasizes expert HCM knowledge, strong consulting experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% to support diverse, enterprise-level projects.

Qualifications

• 3 + years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience
• 3 + years of experience with the following product areas: HCM and Security
• 1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME

Responsibilities

• Confidently provide excellent customer service to Workday customers.
• Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate Workday configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and trade-offs.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.
• Help customers maximize value and adopt new Workday features.
