Job summary

Infosys is hiring for a Technology Consultant 2 to support Oracle and Workday platforms in the USA. You will contribute to requirements elicitation, drive design discussions, and help implement and test software solutions across the SDLC.

The role emphasizes security configuration, RBAC, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience in Workday security and Core HCM is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday ERP implementations or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security architecture and RBAC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and assist in elicitation guidance.
• Lead design discussions and record decisions for developers.
• Contribute to coding and integrate updates while maintaining stability.
• Perform code reviews and manage changes in code repositories.
• Develop test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate fixes.
• Create user training, documentation, and support materials.
• Resolve production issues and advise on preventive measures.
