Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics Consultant to design, develop, test, and support advanced Workday reporting and Prism Analytics solutions. You will partner with HR, business teams, and IT to translate requirements into scalable dashboards and data pipelines.

The role requires strong skills in Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Calculated Fields, and workforce analytics, with a focus on data-driven decision making and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of Workday Reporting experience.
• 2+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience.
• Hands-on Experience with Workday HCM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting deliverables.
• Build and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data sources, datasets, transformations, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions align with organizational goals.
