Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications.
• 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics.
• Experience with BI tools and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics implementations and enablement.
• Configure, test, and optimize Workday solutions to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
