Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Workday HCM/Payroll Analyst to optimize payroll and time & attendance processes. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to ensure accurate employee data and compliant payroll processing.

You will drive system enhancements, manage complex business requirements, and support integrations with third‑party systems. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday experience in HCM and Payroll, strong time tracking

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Workday experience supporting HCM and Payroll.
Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking and payroll-related configuration.
Understanding of payroll operations, time and attendance, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues.
Experience with multi-state payroll environments and Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio).

Responsibilities

Administer Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance configurations and optimizations.
Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local requirements.
Manage time tracking rules, schedules, and eligibility, including overtime and shift differentials.
Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data quality controls.
Lead process improvements, automation, and system enhancements in Workday environment.
Support integrations between Workday and third‑party systems (time, benefits, finance, tax).
Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
