Job summary
Cognitive Minds seeks a senior Workday HCM Developer with deep hands-on experience building, enhancing, and supporting Workday HCM integrations and technical solutions.
You will lead integration design, work with HR, HRIS, Payroll, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions, support Workday releases, and provide production support in a complex enterprise environment.
Ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP, XML/XSLT, and Workday security.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with hands-on Workday HCM development.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB and Core Connectors.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Understanding of Core HCM data model and Workday security.
- Experience with Workday Reporting, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Workday HCM integrations.
- Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
- Develop XML/XSLT transformations, data mappings, and interfaces.
- Build advanced reports, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
- Support data loads, security, and integration troubleshooting.
- Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
- Lead technical design and provide guidance on integration architecture.
