Job summary

Makse Group is a leading Workday consulting team delivering impactful HCM implementations. We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead configurations across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and related Business Processes for diverse clients.

You will partner with client stakeholders, manage full project lifecycles, translate complex requirements into scalable configurations, and contribute to best practices, troubleshooting, adoption, and change management.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience focusing on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes.
Experience configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions following Workday best practices.
Support all phases of project delivery, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including configuration dependencies and integration points.
Provide guidance on optimizing usability, scalability, and compliance within the Workday environment.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across modules and business processes.
Document configurations, create training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
Stay up to date on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on potential enhancements.
