Job summary

UST is seeking a Staff HCM Consultant in Aliso Viejo, CA to serve as a Workday HCM Senior Consultant. You will architect, configure, and test the Workday HCM solution for clients, while mentoring other consultants and engaging in client demonstrations and proposal support as needed.

You will lead deployment activities across HCM modules, govern data conversions, and ensure smooth integrations with third‑party systems. Travel up to 25% is expected, with emphasis on delivering robust HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other HCM solution.
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment team activities: gather and document client requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, prototype configurations, assist in testing, and transfer knowledge to clients.
• Mentor new consultants and coach on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday and ensure integrations with external systems.
