Harvey AI is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to own and scale our Workday HCM and Benefits systems and to oversee the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby). You will collaborate with People Operations, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions.

You’ll design, configure, test, and continually improve cross-system workflows, balancing business needs with data integrity and security, in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and supporting Workday HCM or similar HRIS.
• Deep Workday HCM configuration experience and BP Framework expertise.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Experience owning projects that improve workflows and reduce manual work.
• Strong ability to explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience defining and running testing strategies including UAT and regression.

Responsabilités

• Own Workday HCM configuration, including complex processes, rules, approvals, and lifecycle workflows.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, assess impacts across multiple HR domains and reporting.
• Serve as SME for Benefits systems including enrollment workflows and vendor feeds.
• Support Recruiting Systems and integrations with data quality focus.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and opportunities to automate.
• Define testing strategy across Workday, Benefits, Ashby, and connected systems.
• Diagnose complex data issues and implement durable fixes.
• Lead enhancement projects with People Operations and IT teams.
• Set standards for documentation, test plans, release notes, and governance.
