Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to own and scale Workday HCM and related systems, partnering with People Operations, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Corporate IT to deliver scalable, well‑governed solutions. You’ll design, configure, test, and improve complex workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive governance across global HR technology as Harvey grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday or related enterprise systems.
• Deep experience with Workday HCM configuration and the Business Process Framework.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex cross-system workflows.
• Track record of owning projects that improved workflows or automated processes.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into system solutions and justify technical tradeoffs.
• Experience defining and running testing strategies across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and optimization including complex processes and lifecycle workflows.
• Lead end-to-end solution design and assess impacts across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and reporting.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Benefits systems and annual enrollment readiness.
• Support Recruiting Systems and data quality.
• Advise stakeholders on system capabilities and roadmaps to simplify processes.
• Define and drive testing strategy across Workday, Benefits, Ashby, and connected systems.
• Diagnose and fix data/system issues with durable solutions.
• Lead projects from discovery through deployment with cross‑functional teams.
• Set standards for configuration docs, test plans, and release notes.
• Monitor system health and uphold data governance.
