Job summary

Invisors is seeking an experienced HCM Architect to lead the Workday workstream, coaching junior consultants and guiding design and delivery of Workday projects. You will work closely with all other Consultants within the workstream, as well as managing cross-functional impacts with other domain leads.

This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM configuration experience.
• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects.
• Collaborate with other Consultants within the workstream and cross-functional domain leads to align on project scope and delivery.
• Coach others in their consulting career and help clients develop a strong Workday plan and design.
