Invisors seeks a Senior Financial Architect to lead the FINS workstream, coach junior consultants, and manage design and delivery of Workday projects for financial clients. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

You will guide project scope, timing, and budgeting while fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Compensation configuration experience.
• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the FINS workstream by coaching junior consultants.
• Design and deliver Workday projects with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for project planning.
• Assist in budgetary accountability for projects.
• Read the room and tailor approach to client needs.
