Huron is seeking a Workday HCM AMS Senior Consultant to join our Application Management Services team. You will support and optimize Workday HCM solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as a trusted advisor and functional expert across Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits.

The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with experience supporting Workday in AMS environments.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Workday HCM in AMS/post-production environments.
Functional SME across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Post-production support, troubleshooting business processes, security, data, and configuration issues for clients.
Experience analyzing requirements, producing functional specs, supporting testing, and partnering with HR, benefits, payroll, and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of Workday configuration: organizational structures, staffing, business processes, security, worker lifecycle events, and transactions.
Ability to independently solve complex functional and operational issues and deliver scalable solutions with minimal oversight.
Experience with AMS/PPS or Managed Services environments and release management.
