As Manager, you will guide client discussions, own post‑production payroll activities, and drive continuous improvement. A strong Workday Payroll background and leadership in an AMS environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Workday Payroll in a production or post‑production (AMS) environment.
• Subject matter expert for Workday Payroll, including payroll configuration, processing, tax setup, garnishments, and integrations.
• Experience providing post‑production support, troubleshooting complex payroll issues, and delivering sustainable client‑facing solutions.
• 5+ years analyzing payroll and business requirements, producing functional specs, and coordinating with payroll, HR, and finance stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of North American payroll operations, including U.S. payroll processes, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Payroll support activities and act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable remediation.
• Deliver configuration enhancements and participate in release management within AMS/PPS models.
• Partner with client payroll, HR, and finance to align Workday configurations with business needs.
• Mentor and coach consultants within an AMS delivery framework.
