Huron is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Workday Application Managed Services (AMS) business, spanning client delivery, quality, and continuous improvement. This role oversees cost-effective delivery across 50+ clients and directs growth initiatives while refining the AMS operating model.

The position emphasizes people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic initiatives including AI enablement and automation to drive margin improvement and service excellence.

Mansioni

• Lead Workday AMS delivery for more than 50 clients across higher education, research, nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, investment, and professional services.
• Oversee post-production Workday services with 1400+ cases annually and 140 consultants.
• Drive business development, AMS pursuits, cross-selling, and revenue growth; refine statements of work and pricing.
• Develop and coach teams; manage AMS staffing, capacity, and recruiting.
• Oversee strategic initiatives in AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
