Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Data Analyst to support grants management operations and reporting across the organization. You will act as a liaison between grants stakeholders, technical teams, and analysts to ensure accurate data, develop dashboards, and deliver analytics for leadership.

Essential responsibilities include data project management, data mapping, report design, and weekly/monthly data submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Allied Health, or related field.
• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• 1-3 years of multiple application maintenance with relational databases.
• Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more complex data projects across grants management systems and data sources.
• Prepares and distributes reports to key stakeholders; reviews requests for data.
• Ensures data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across applications.
• Collaborates with IS to maintain applications used for data collection and reporting and coordinates interface solutions.
• Designs and develops reporting and analytics tools; prepares comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports/dashboards and data submissions.
