Job summary

Workday is seeking a Solution Architect focused on Financials to build and maintain compelling demo environments that showcase the value of our Financial product suite. You will partner with Sales, Product, Services and Solution Consulting to design messaging and solutions, while influencing roadmaps and keeping demos current.

This role supports flexible work arrangements in a collaborative, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in core financials (general accounting, revenue, debits and credits)
5+ years with Workday Financials or competing products
Experience implementing ERP systems
Workday Prism/Reporting, Analytics and Accounting Center experience
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience designing operational workflows
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and able to thrive independently, while also being a strong team player
Creative thinker who is willing and able to tackle challenging problems
Ability to travel periodically for team meetings and Presales/Marketing events
CPA licensure

Responsibilities

Develop demo solutions showcasing the value of Workday Financial product suite
Provide sales support for active strategic opportunities and demos
Collaborate with Development, Product Strategy, Services and Solution Consulting teams
Improve Financial products and influence product roadmap
Maintain the operations surrounding the Financial product for Commercial and industry-specific demos
Disseminate product methodologies within the Workday organization
Stay up to date with industry trends
Build and maintain sales demonstration environments for oCFO solutions
