Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions in the United States is seeking Senior Workday Financials Consultants to support end-to-end testing and accounting readiness for an upcoming Workday HCM and Payroll deployment. The role requires deep R2R expertise and the ability to validate financial processes ahead of go-live.

You will work directly with Accounting stakeholders to execute testing scenarios, identify defects, and ensure accounting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.
• Deep knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes.
• Experience with end-to-end testing, test script development, and defect management.
• Experience with data conversion validation and testing.
• Strong accounting knowledge and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Workday Financials and Record to Report processes.
• Develop and execute test scripts and scenarios with minimal oversight.
• Validate General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Close and Consolidation, and Financial Reporting.
• Support data conversion validation and testing.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
• Partner directly with Accounting stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Provide guidance on Workday leading practices during testing.
