Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of enterprise technology or business transformation leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years with Workday implementation, deployment, optimization, or support.
• 3+ years leading Workday deployment through planning, design, and go-live.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across functional, technical, data, and security.
• Experience with project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control.
• Experience with project financials, forecasting, staffing, and client-facing delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday delivery programs from mobilization through stabilization and transition.
