Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a high-ownership Senior Workday Functional Analyst to bridge Finance goals and technical realities. You’ll guide from initial deployment to full system maturity, focusing on Workday Financials, Procurement, and related finance processes in a collaborative, Agile environment.

You will partner with the Workday administrator, process owners, super users, and partners to translate complex financial strategies into scalable configurations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience with direct configuration ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Workday Pro certification in Financial Management, Procurement, or Adaptive Planning preferred but not required.
• This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated daily partner to Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, translating requirements into technical specifications.
• Serve as the functional product owner for Workday Financials and manage a long-term roadmap.
• Lead functional coordination for biannual Workday releases, including impact analysis and testing.
• Drive functional configuration activities and pursue standard Workday functionality over custom solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle, including UAT and regression testing.
• Provide post go-live training and change management to Finance users.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
