What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Workday Financials design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and ensure alignment of Workday solutions with client objectives
- Provide recommended approaches and best practices based on industry and client needs
- Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday
- Guide clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be Workday Finance Certified with 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 10-15 years of Financials experience
- Must have Workday FDM experience
- Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options
- Experience with various phases of implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
- Experience in designing and building financial reports such as balance sheets and P&L
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday implementation experience in a lead role on Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Adaptive Planning
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
