We focus on transforming our clients' businesses through expertise in big data, cloud computing, and enterprise services, providing full-lifecycle solutions. Our Workday practice includes specialists in Human Capital Management, Payroll, Finance, process improvement, data conversion, and integrations.

This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States:

Senior Workday Certified Financials Consultant

What can you expect?

• Leading the implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules, supporting clients through the entire process, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Helping clients leverage Workday to enhance Finance, HR, and talent management, optimizing their financial capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Workday Financials design sessions and requirement gathering.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align Workday solutions with business needs and configuring modules accordingly.
• Providing best practice recommendations and assisting with data migration.
• Guiding clients through testing cycles.

Minimum qualifications:

• Workday Financials Certification(s) (Procure to Pay, Financial Accounting, Expenses, Budgets, Supply Chain).
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience and 10-15 years in Financials.
• Deep understanding of Workday configuration and implementation methodology.
• Experience in financial reporting (balance sheet, P&L).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

• PRISM reporting experience.
• Leadership in Workday implementations in areas like Financial Accounting, Supply Chain, or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with FDM development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
