Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead advanced Workday Financials solutioning, configuration, and support from a remote setting. The role drives complex business process design, reporting and analytics, and production support across Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, and Assets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of Workday-focused experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage initiatives from intake through deployment and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred with strong Workday Financials functional expertise.
• Hands-on support for Financial Accounting, Banking, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers, Expenses, and Business Assets.
• Advanced Business Process and Custom Validation configuration.
• Leadership of requirements gathering, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Workday Financials expertise to solve complex issues and anticipate impacts.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of cross-module solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for decision support.
• Coordinate user support for complex inquiries and production issues.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday capabilities and consulting skills.
• Lead testing strategy, plans, and readiness assessments.
