Job summary

The City of Baltimore’s Bureau of Accounting & Payroll Services (BAPS) seeks a Principal Program Assessment Analyst specializing in Workday Financial Data Management to support payroll and financial operations. You will help develop, test, and sustain Workday configurations across grant, project, and accounting workstreams.

Under Finance leadership, you will troubleshoot, validate controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven years of administrative or professional work experience.
• Certification in Workday Time Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and implement solutions for the Grant, Projects and Financial Accounting workstreams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and document solutions.
• Test and document system enhancements to ensure integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting Managers, Grants Management and other functional leads for changes and enhancements.
• Develop ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements.
