Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a consultant to lead and support Workday Financials implementations and related finance applications. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions, guide requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support, while ensuring data integrity and security.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams across R2R, P2P, and O2C, creating design documents and training materials, and coordinating with vendors. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday Financials or ERP finance.
• 2+ years of experience leading Workday Financials workstreams or project teams.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle Workday Financials implementation.
• Functional knowledge of financial systems: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash.
• Ability to travel up to 15% (at least one week per quarter).

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financials workstreams and full lifecycle implementations.
• Design and oversee Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and other tools.
• Analyze finance needs and develop scalable solutions across R2R, P2P, and O2C.
• Create requirements, design documents, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Coordinate project schedules, priorities, and risks to meet deadlines.
• Provide advanced application support and manage incidents and escalations.
