Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Workday Reporting Developer to join its FinTech Innovations Team on a W2 contract basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining Workday reporting solutions, driving analytics strategy, and ensuring data integrity across financial systems.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact reporting that supports business decision-making and operates in a fast-paced retail/fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday Finance and Accounting reporting experience.
• Experience with Prism and Tableau.
• Workday certification or plan to obtain.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and planning processes.
• Knowledge of Workday security roles and data access.
• Proficiency with Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer, Advanced Reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across Workday reporting.
• Handle ad hoc analytics requests with focus on business impact and scalability.
• Collaborate with downstream systems for accurate data integration.
• Lead requirements development and documentation for relevant systems and processes.
• Manage implementation, hypercare, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide incident response for outages, bugs, and errors.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain system documentation.
