Delan Associates, Inc is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Analyst to lead financial processes and reporting in a full-time onsite role in Cary, NC. The candidate brings 15+ years of Workday experience, hands-on configuration, testing, and post-go-live support, with strong stakeholder management in finance leadership.

The position focuses on GAAP/IFRS/SOX controls, multi-entity consolidation, and seamless integration with data platforms.

Competenze

Extensive Workday Financial Management experience including GL, reporting and analytics.
Expertise configuring Workday business processes and security roles.
Advanced Workday reporting (Composite, Matrix, Prism) and data extraction.
Experience with Workday Studio, RaaS/RAAS, WQL and API integrations.
Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX and internal controls.
Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
Strong testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Stakeholder management with CFO, controller, and finance teams.
Leadership, mentoring, Agile/Scrum and project/change management.

Mansioni

Coordinate data conversion, reconciliation, and validation tasks.
