Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team. You will enhance and support ERP applications, focusing on Workday configuration, integrations, and security across the enterprise.

You will create and review technical documentation, work with project teams, and provide Level 3 support for Workday and related systems. Ideal candidate has 4+ years ERP experience and 2+ years Workday.

Qualifications

4+ years designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS or financial reporting systems.
2+ years of Workday experience preferred.
Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations with external vendors or parties.
Detail oriented team player with handling confidential information professionally.
Experience planning, facilitating, and documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform and other tools.
Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other systems.
Configure and maintain domain security policies in Workday.
Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday.
Create and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides.
Be a level 3 application support for CLA’s ERP Team.
Review application updates and assess impact on configuration and business needs.
Provide implementation support and Workday optimization for business processes, security, and data integrity.
