Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team in the United States. The role focuses on configuring, deploying, and maintaining ERP systems, especially Workday, and ensuring data integrity across integrations.

You will design and optimize Workday configurations, develop integrations, and provide technical direction to the ERP team while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS or financial reporting systems.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred.
• Detail oriented team player with ability to manage confidential information professionally.
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio and related tools.
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other systems.
• Configure security policies and business process policies in Workday.
• Provide technical direction on configuration and new Workday functionality.
• Prepare technical documentation for processes, policies, and user guides; knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism is a plus.
• Participate in project teams related to ERP or that use ERP data.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; provide level 3 ERP team support.
• Review updates for impact on existing configuration and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support Workday implementation, optimization of business processes, security and data integrity.
