Job summary

CLA, a top 10 national professional services firm, seeks a Senior ERP Engineer to join its Information Technology team in Charlotte. The role focuses on configuring Workday, building integrations, and maintaining data security while supporting ERP initiatives across the firm.

You will collaborate with business groups, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement using Workday Extend, Prism, and other tools. A strong communicator with integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP/HRIS/financial reporting systems.
• Experience with Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations.
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday.
• Develop and support integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Provide technical direction on configuration and new Workday functionality.
• Create and review technical documentation for processes and policies.
• Participate in ERP-related project teams and provide production support (Level 3).
• Review updates for impact on configuration and data integrity.
