Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior BA - Workday Benefits Integration Support to analyze and stabilize Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations within a dynamic HCM environment. Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations or complex integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multiple systems.
Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, logs and reports.
Ability to translate business inquiries into technical investigations.
Strong communication to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations.
Trace employee lifecycle and payroll-related transactions end-to-end.
Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
Review outputs, logs, and provider responses to identify issue origins.
Collaborate with benefits SMEs, Workday teams, and stakeholders to implement resolutions.
