5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in HR modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, or Compensation in Workday.
End-to-end implementation experience including project, enhancement and/or issue management, communication and change management.
Workday Security experience and familiarity with EIB/Studio/BIRT.
Excellent communication skills with ability to elevate issues and risk at all levels.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, configure and deliver Workday HR solutions involving core HCM, benefits, absence and compensation.
Perform business process re-engineering, fit/gap analyses and documentation for stakeholder alignment.
Elicit and translate business requirements into system requirements for HR processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to build integrations using Web Services/API and HR-related reports.
