Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPM/FP&A or related consulting.
• Minimum of 4 years Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL for data integrations.
• Strong project management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize Workday models.
• Manage integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP/HRIS/CRM.
• Mentor project teams and contribute to delivery methodologies.
• Partner with clients to define requirements and ensure value.
