Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a Work Management Specialist at Edwardsport, IN. The role supports maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource coordination at a power generation site with a focus on safe, cost-effective work execution.

The position requires strong scheduling capabilities, problem solving, and independent work with minimal direction, in a 24/7 plant environment. Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/Equivalent with 7 years related experience or associate's degree with 3 years related experience.
• Must have Driver's License.
• Ability to be respirator qualified.

Responsibilities

• Develop weekly schedules and plans to facilitate safe work execution.
• Coordinate work control processes and monitoring activities across the station.
• Prepare reports and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in daily/weekly work status meetings and coordinate with Supervisors/Owners.
