Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking an experienced SR Work Face Planner to facilitate the execution of construction projects by developing and managing Installation Work Packages. The role involves collaborating closely with superintendents and cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with a preferred bachelor’s in construction management or engineering, and at least 6 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in planning tools, as well as a willingness to relocate anywhere within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in construction or project controls.
• Experience in work packaging and field planning.
• Familiarity with project controls and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Advanced Work Packaging processes.
• Perform material takeoffs and initiate requisitions.
• Coordinate with design engineers to ensure accurate drawing distribution.
• Attend War Room meetings and support schedule updates.
