Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking an Engineering Analyst III in Houston to manage asset data within IBM Maximo, ensuring data quality and enabling data-driven decisions. You will work with maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to improve asset lifecycle management and operational efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in data analytics or information systems, strong SQL/Excel skills, and proficiency in Power BI.

Qualifications

Experience working with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI; familiarity with asset management processes.

Responsibilities

Gather and prepare data from multiple sources for upload; map source data to Maximo fields; perform quality checks.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies; validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within Maximo.
Collaborate with teams to identify data needs, automate workflows, and streamline reporting processes.
Extract, clean, and analyze data from Maximo to support business objectives.
Support data loads, upgrades, configuration changes, and data migration programs for Maximo.
Train users on automated data entry and reporting tools; maintain dashboards and reports for asset performance and maintenance.
