Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or related technical field.
• Typically four years of related, progressive work experience if no bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with work and asset management; Maximo or equivalent EAM preferred.
• Strong data validation and reporting skills with Oracle Analytics Cloud and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into asset/work management enhancements within Maximo and related apps.
• Maintain asset records for pipelines, valves, meters, and related equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage work orders in Maximo for compliance.
• ETL data into analytics platforms; build data models for reliable responses.
• Develop and maintain reports/dashboards for asset management and maintenance.
• Contribute to model development, validation, and data integrity efforts.
• Document technical/data requirements and collaborate with IT and business users.
• Support asset management policies and standards within Maximo.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare briefs for leadership.
• Work with finance, procurement, and engineering to advance cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors/IT on patches, upgrades, and risk communication.
• Develop deliverables in an Agile development cycle; identify configuration needs.
