Job summary

CentralReach, LLC is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own the website's health and ongoing development across CentralReach's web presence. You will handle WordPress theme and plugin work, Beaver Builder pages, and integrations via Node.js.

The role requires 5-7 years of hands-on web development, strong WordPress expertise, and collaboration with Marketing, Design, and Demand Generation to drive conversions and performance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional web development, with significant WordPress work.
• Own a production website from requirements to deployment with minimal oversight.
• Experience in marketing or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development, maintenance, and performance of the CentralReach WordPress site and its subdomains.
• Build pages using Beaver Builder and implement custom theme and plugin work.
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integrations with internal tools and marketing systems.
• Monitor site speed, SEO health, and proactively resolve issues.
