Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own the technical health and ongoing development of the CentralReach website and web presence, including subdomains. You will lead WordPress development, theme/plugin work, performance, security, and integrations with marketing systems.

The role reports to the Creative Director and collaborates with Marketing, Design, and Demand Generation, driving page builds, A/B tests, and conversion optimization while staying current with React and modern

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional web development with significant WordPress work.
• Own production website end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Experience in marketing or B2B SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development, maintenance, and performance of the CentralReach WordPress site and its subdomains — custom theme and plugin development, updates, security, and uptime.
• Build and maintain pages and layouts using Beaver Builder, with custom theme and plugin work.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and integrations with internal tools, CRM, and marketing systems.
