Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior WordPress Developer to lead end-to-end WordPress builds for clients across the US. You will scope the work to business objectives, guide themes, templates, plugins and blocks, and ensure fast, clean, custom implementations.

You also write and review real code and act as the face of development for your clients. Excellent English is required, and you will work in a remote, client-facing role with opportunities to leverage AI to drive development efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong WordPress and PHP skills with modern HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Ability to scope work to client business objectives and lead builds.
• Fluency in English and excellent client-facing communication.
• Experience leading or owning full builds, not just ticket closure.
